We didn't have any problems with this church. It was a straight forward roof. We replaced a few sheets of bad decking. After meeting the adjuster, we determined that storm damage had decreased the life expectancy and the ability of this roof to protect the interior. The old OC 20yr green had to go and a new OC 25yr supreme looked much better. Ventilation has been supplied by "4" lifetime, GAF powered vents with a full, end to end baffled, ridgevent.
